A Happy New Year to readers of this blog and Saxindia. It has been a busy time, with gigs most days so I have not been able to post for some time. It's been a very positive time with shows with our new piano trio featuring Holger Jetter on double bass, and Sreenath Srinivasan on drums. For two shows we also had the pleasure of performing with fabulous guitarist Sid Jacobs from L.A. Some clips are coming soon of these evenings.
We also worked hard reworking our carnatic fusion band Krishna's temple Rock and performed new Years eve as well as a small performance as a trio a few days back. Thanks to Shanks on guitar for all his hard work and fabulous playing. Again, videos will be posted here shortly.
So, to plenty more music coming up. We perform more Temple Rock, Mishko M'Ba's Tribute to Jaco Pastorius and our trio featuring Maarten Visser on sax for two dates. All happening in January so it will be busy!
